By accessing or using the Konsole app and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Konsole is a mobile application that provides an interface to manage and monitor Vercel deployments. The service requires a valid Vercel account and authorized API access. Konsole is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vercel Inc.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfering with other users' access, reverse engineering the application, or using the service for any illegal purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
The Konsole app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
Konsole is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to deployment failures, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party APIs.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Konsole at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
